Weekly Sunday morning weigh-ins right at Karved Bodies beginning at 9:30am.

Events:  I am pleased to announce that our POUND OUT CANCER Benefit raised over $1,000.00 on Saturday October 15, 2016!!  Thanks to all that came out and helped us make this a great time!!

POUND ROCKOUT.WORKOUT HAS ARRIVEDto Karved Bodies!  New program launch will be held on Saturday October 1, 2016 with two 30 min session spots available.  10:00am or 11:00am.. Space is limited to 25 people per session so don't wait to sign up.  Email krsandman01@aol.com with your name, session time choice and if you are bringing friends, their names too!  Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and water!  I do have some mats available to use!!!!

Boot Camp description: 1 hour of traditional bodyweight cardio and strength training exercises that will increase your endurance and strength levels working each body part to it's maximum potential while toning and tightening your entire body.  Designed for all fitness levels.  Boot Camp sessions include: Shred ~n~Sculpt class, Cardio Kickboxing, Kettlebell Challenge and Tabata classes.  

Each week sessions of Boot Camp vary to continue to maximize your body's fat burning potential while lessening your chances of plateaus and client boredom!  

Sunday sessions  during the summer months, weather permitting are held in our large parking lot.  We use obstacle course format and use radial and  tractor tires, battling ropes, hurdles, various weights,  resistance bands and agility ladders!!!!

Specifically designed nutritional meal planning including weight loss plans and competition prep plans available by appointment.  Rates very depending on plans purchased.

October is:
Breast Cancer Awareness Month!!!  In honor of all affected by this horrible disease, Karved Bodies Fitness will be donating all membership proceeds during the month of October to help fund research to find a cure!  Come on in and do your body and your mind some good by not only helping yourself to a healthier you, but also helping someone else who might be suffering from this disease!
