I believe that every person deserves the right to be fit and healthy.  I am committed to meeting the needs of my clients  and proving that their goals are of the utmost importance.  I promise to continually research the safest and most effective weight loss and exercise regimen's and if there is something I do not have the answer to, I will make it my first priority to get that answer for you!

Shredded Sunday-10:00am-11:00am

This hour long session will be a combination of Strength & HIIT (high intensity interval training) to help kick start your metabolism while gaining strength and building lean, tone muscles.  A variety of equipment and workout styles are used.

Metabolic Monday- 6:00pm-6:30pm & 6:30-7:00pm

These 2 completely different session will surely crank up that metabolism to ensure extreme fat burning!  Both session will be mostly bodyweight style exercises and will be 2 different sessions, come in for 1 or stay for both!

Strength & Tone Tuesday- 5:45pm-6:45pm

This hour long session is made up of strength & cardio exercises to burn fat while building lean muscles.  We will use a variety of equipment including: Dumbbells, resistance bands, benches with risers, stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes and Kettlebells.  Sessions range from cardio kickboxing, tabata, circuit stations, super set strength & Shred-n-Sculpt.

POUND Rockout Workout & Bodyweight Wednesday- 6:00pm-6:30pm (Pound), 6:30-7:00pm (Bodyweight)

Pound is a cardio jam session using slightly weighted ripstix (stix provided by KBF) burning fat and dripping sweat while drumming to each song.  Feel free to stay for the 2nd half hour where we will continue to keep that heart pumping with another bodyweight style boot camp.
